There comes a point in a woman's career when the questions don't go away anymore.
Not because she's ungrateful and not because she's lost her ambition, but because the career she built no longer fits who she's becoming.
You've done everything right.
You're capable, experienced, and respected, yet something doesn't sit right anymore.
You wake up on a Monday and feel... nothing.
Not dread exactly. Just a quiet flatness that won't shift.
You can't explain it to the people around you — because on paper, everything looks fine. So you keep going. You push a little harder. You tell yourself it's just a phase.
But it's not a phase. And deep down, you know that.
The longer you sit in this place, the more your confidence softens — not because you aren't capable, but because you're not aligned.
The gap between who you are and how you're living widens quietly, month by month. And the version of you who once felt clear and purposeful starts to feel like someone you used to know.
This isn't confusion. It's an identity shift. And it's not something you fix by pushing harder
Reignite is an 8-week group program for women at a career crossroads built on the belief that you don't need a new career, you need to remember who you are.
Most career programs start with your resume. I start with your identity. Because I've sat with enough women to know that the restlessness you're feeling isn't a career problem, it's an identity problem wearing a career costume.
Inside Reignite, we work through my RISE framework - Reflect, Identify, Shape, Empower, to help you:
Name what's actually driving the discomfort, not just the surface symptoms
Understand what you've outgrown and what still fits
Reconnect with your values, your strengths and what matters to you now, not ten years ago
Get honest about whether staying, pivoting or leaving is the most aligned next step for you
Walk away with a grounded decision you can trust, not a panicked move you'll second-guess
This is identity-first, strategy-second work. The clarity doesn't come from being told what to do. It comes from finally listening to yourself and giving yourself permission to want something different.
Reignite runs in small cohorts, with a maximum of 12 women each time. When the waitlist opens a round, the cohort usually fills before doors are open publicly.
Adding your name to the waitlist means:
You'll hear before anyone else when doors open for the June 2026 intake.
The cohort is capped at 12 so every woman is held, heard, and able to do the work.
You'll get the details when they are ready. Nothing more, nothing less.
You'll get a welcome email from me. A short note to say I've got you and something worth listening to while you wait.
You'll hear first when doors open ahead of any public announcement. You'll receive full program details, dates and investment.
You'll have space to decide. No pressure, no countdowns, no false urgency. Just a clear invitation and time to feel into it.

I’m Christina Storey, a Career Identity Mentor for women at a crossroads who feel disconnected from themselves and are ready to reconnect with who they actually are.
I know this crossroads because I've lived it, and I've sat across from enough women — senior leaders, long-tenured professionals, women who looked like they had it all together — to know that this moment is almost never about the job. It's about the women inside the job who's been quietly disappearing.
My work doesn't begin with resumes or interview coaching. It begins with identity. I help women trust themselves again so the direction they choose feels grounded, honest, and true.
You don't have to rush. You don't need to have it all figured out.
You do deserve the space to listen to yourself and choose what comes next with clarity and self-trust.
